Will I lose my spot if I am late?

Yes, you may—but please note that our studios are intimate, dark spaces, and for your safety, as well as to avoid disrupting members who arrive on time, we enforce a strict no-late-arrival policy.

If you are not checked in at least two minutes before class starts, your spot may be given to a standby member. If you arrive after the main studio door has closed, you will not be allowed to join the class. In such cases, you will lose your class credit, whether your spot is given away or you arrive late.

If this is your first visit to our studio, whether booked directly or through a third-party partner, you must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to get acclimated to our equipment. Late arrivals for first-time visitors will result in rescheduling.
