What is your class cancelation policy? Can I reschedule?

To maintain fairness and accessibility in our small, intimate studios, we have established the following policies regarding class cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. These policies ensure that every member of our community has equal access to classes and resources.

To cancel your class, you must do so through our website or app. Messaging the studio does not count as canceling your class, and we cannot guarantee that your message will be received in time. To cancel your class: Log in to your account > Upcoming for you > cancel your desired class.

General Cancellation Policy

Due to limited class availability, you may cancel or modify your reservation up to 8 hours before the class start time without penalty. If you cancel within this window, your class credit will be returned to your account; however, the original expiration date or billing cycle still applies.

Cancellations made within the 8-hour window, failure to attend, or late arrivals will result in the following penalties:

Please note: We do not provide refunds. Failed transaction fees will result in the temporary suspension of your membership or credits. Additionally, your monthly billing cycle or expiration date will not be extended during a suspension caused by failed payments.

Late Cancellations

A late cancellation occurs when a reservation is canceled within 8 hours of the scheduled class start time.

Single Class, Class Pack, BOGO, and 4 or 8-Class Memberships: Loss of class credit.
Unlimited Memberships: $10 penalty.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a member does not cancel at least 1 hour before the class starts or fails to attend the class.

Single Class, Class Pack, BOGO, and 4 or 8-Class Memberships: Loss of class credit + $25 fee.
Unlimited Memberships: $25 fee.

Late Arrivals

Members must check-in and be ready for class at least 2 minutes before the scheduled start time. We do not offer a grace period for late arrivals, and we start assigning spots to standby members two minutes before class starts.

If you arrive after the class has started, you will not be permitted to join and will lose your class credit.
If your spot is given to a standby member due to tardiness, the same penalties will apply.
