How many days a week do your recommend taking class?
Consistency is key! Some of our members make ONYX their go-to workout, while others use it to cross-train and supplement their fitness routine. The best way to see results is by showing up consistently each week—whether that’s once, twice, or three times.
We don’t recommend coming every day. Our workout is intense and highly effective, so giving your body time to recover is essential. The recovery time you need depends on your individual fitness level and nutrition. As always, we recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new fitness routine.
