I would like to freeze or pause my membership?
We’re happy to offer our members one complimentary membership pause of up to 14 days per year. Pause requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance through our digital support portal.
If you require a longer freeze for medical reasons or injury, please include the relevant details in your request. You may be asked to provide documentation to support your extended leave.
Important: All membership cancellation requests must be submitted through our digital support portal. Requests should not be made in-studio or through our in-app messaging.
Follow these steps to get started:
- Visit our website and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Email as your contact method.
- Choose Membership Pause Request as your request type.
Submit your request, and our team will take it from there! It may take up to three business days for your request to be processed.
