How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sorry to see you go, but we’re here to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible. All membership cancellations require a 30-day notice submitted through our digital support portal, and you must have met the terms of your membership agreement.
Important: All membership cancellation requests must be submitted through our digital support portal. Requests should not be made in-studio or through our in-app messaging.
Here’s how to get started:

- Select Email as your contact method.
- Membership Cancellation as your request type
Once you submit your request, our team will take care of it from there! Your request may be processed in up to three business days.
