Do my credits expire?

Yes, single class purchases credited to your account expire within 30 days. Class packs have the following expiration dates:

• BOGO: 5 days from the purchase date
• 3-Class Pack: 45 days from the purchase date
• 5-Class Pack: 60 days from the purchase date
• 10-Class Pack: 60 days from the purchase date

All monthly memberships begin on the day of purchase and renew on the same day the following month. Please note that membership credits do not roll over into the next month, and expiration dates cannot be extended.
